The Midwest AIDS Training + Education Center (MATEC) Indiana, our collaborators and title partner, the Indiana State Department of Health's Division of HIV/STD and Viral Hepatitis are pleased to bring you the Indiana Hepatitis C Summit: Challenges & Opportunities
on June 26, 2019. This program is being offered at no-cost to participants, so SAVE THE DATE.
Who:
Indiana Clinicians practicing in primary care, addictions and/or corrections, Nurses, Pharmacists, Mental Health Providers, Addiction Professionals, Disease Intervention Specialists, Social Workers, Case Managers, and Public Health Professionals.
What:
A daylong conference that brings both nationally and locally recognized experts to discuss the latest in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of Hepatitis C infection.
