Lugar Center Executive Director speaks at Northwest Regional Telehealth Resource Center (NRTRC) Conf

Lugar Center for Rural Health Executive Director, Hicham Rahmouni, spoke at the NRTRC conference in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Rahmouni spoke on best practices from the Evidence Based Telehealth Network Grant Program, EB-TNGP, and lessons learned while implementing the grant and the future possibilities of telehealth in the emergency department. In addition to best practices and lessons learned, Mr. Rahmouni also discussed the history of the Wabash Valley Rural Telehealth Network (WVRTN) and its impact on the Wabash Valley.
